How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout generally using standard delivery from Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS or Yodel although the shipping companies used can vary dependant on parcel sizes and location.

What delivery method does Wooden Wine Boxes use?

For all UK orders we usually use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS or Yodel depending on your location and parcel size. Usually you'll receive your order within 2-4 working days. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, delivery times may be extended depending on where exactly you live.

Tracking details will normally be sent to your email address or mobile.

International Orders

For International Delivery we use Parcelforce, UPS and Fedex to despatch your order. Please allow at least 14 days for your order to arrive.

Delivering to your address

Please supply a delivery address where there will be someone in to receive your parcel. If there is nobody in when the courier calls, they may leave a card or deliver to a safe place. You may need to collect your goods from your local branch or arrange a redelivery.
